What do people mean when talking about pulsing supplements
I recently heard Dr Sincalir and some other experts mention they get better results by pulsing some of there supplements. But what specifically does pulsing mean? I take it to mean not taking the same supplement all the time, and rotating supplements. Does anyone have more knowledge on if this is correct or how long of a break you should give?
