Yes tea is amazing.

Even Orange Pekoe, although the green tea variants is always better: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4082721/

So you want the EGCG and/or triterpenes, and/or beta-glucans.

I like the post about Reishi. I think i will get some powder and add it to my tea and coffee.

I was just going to add the Reishi ingredient. I would imagine a drink with curcumin and reishi to be quite the powerhouse tea!
