Here’s a little tip...
I have been dissolving 2 x NMN tabs and
2 x NAD+ tabs, 500 mg in total in a small spray bottle and spraying it on my face, body, on injuries and everywhere else.
Well nearly everywhere...lol
It is unbelievably invigorating, especially on the face first thing in the morning before a run.
Keep it in the refrigerator and it will stay active for at least a week or longer..
Give it a try, you will get a shock how alive it makes you feel.

Eagerly awaiting my new order of Renue Age Day Defense Cream after my second bottle of Renue Lotion went missing in transit.
(Someone in the transit system has a far better  complexion lol)
The Defense Cream looks to be a great combination of supplements and I’m very keen to give it a go.

I have been applying the ABS Renue Day Defense Cream for about a week or so now and “I’m over the moon” with the results.
The Renue Lotion was ahead of its time when introduced and I think the Day Cream also has a definite place in the ABS skin care range.
As Drdavid has previously suggested “ The Future In Skincare”.

I think you are right Drkris69.
The Defense Day Cream seems stronger and the early results are great but I will know more after I use the Cream for a bit longer.
