Under the "Exercise and Movement" section, it talks about the importance of the squat. That reminded me of a longevity tidbit I remembered hearing about from a documentary (I can't remember the name of the documentary, but I do remember the informational tip!), and it was regarding the exercise called the "Turkish Get-Up".
The importance of this exercise was that it kept you mobile enough to be able to get up off the floor; check out this article that talks about this longevity concept:
