Before I started taking NMN 2 years ago, I was plagued by constant fibro symptoms for years.
I totally forgot about the fibro as I had been feeling great
This past month I decided to cut back on NMN to see if my sleep improved as others have said.
I didn't notice any change in my sleep quality, but 3 days ago my fibro symptoms came back.
Achy joints, sore muscles, trigger points...I was thinking, where did that come from?
Then I restarted NMN (only 250mg/day sublingual) and the fibro symptoms are already improving.
Of course this is a study of 1, but it convinced me there is a correlation.

NMN ⇒ NMN/NAD+ for treating Fibro
Re: NMN/NAD+ for treating Fibro
Interesting as this is another auto-immune condition which to me has always sounded like inflammation of the nerves.
If NMN can improve this.. well it obviously means that ABS is getting NAD+ up throughout the body and that nerve function can be restored.
I would be fascinated to figure out exactly how it does this.
This may even be promising for dementia, since Brain neurons are not that different.
I know how debilitating Fibromyalgia can be. It is probably worse than I imagine.

I would also try the Curcumin they have been discussing. It is a strong anti inflammatory and that is what is happening with Fibro - correct?
