Random topic, I know a few people who are well into their nootropics, just wondering if anyone here has a regular stacks or do you just stick to NAD/NMN and longevity oriented supplements?
Worth noting, I personally do not but the subject matter always made me curious.

Many of the available nootropics are pharmaceuticals that have some serious side effects and some can alter brain chemistry permanently. I recommend to my patients to stay in the natural realm because the results are almost the same and the risk of side effects are much lower.
