"eat real food. mostly plants. not too much."

Prof. Mary Politi: "Diets high in ultra-processed food are not good for human health or the planet. processing can lead to the loss of nutrients. plant-based meat alternatives are often served w/fast-food items."

My philosophy:
It might not work for others, but it works for me.

I eat real food.
Organic.
Very little processed.
No artificial ingredients.
No sodas, pizza or breaded & fried crap.
I only eat when I'm hungry.
I stop eating when I’m full.

Great philosophy, toriamac!

Another tip I've heard is that if you have a craving for "junk" food, try making it yourself because you can still control what goes in it and so it can still be healthy. One of my favourites is potato chips from the oven -- slice a potato thinly, coat the slices in some olive oil with salt and pepper, chuck them in the oven and voila! healthy potato chips!
