I've recently purchased NMN powder from ABN and would like to follow Dr. Sinclair's regimen of NMN and Resveratrol. Does anyone have any leads on where to get the purest Resveratrol online? I've looked at Amazon and there are so many different brands. Side question: Is Resveratrol best taken as powder or sublingual or can it be absorbed by the body properly in pill form?

(I've tried to search through the forums for Resveratrol but my forum search box skills are inept.)

I am not sure Resveratrol is required to be so immediately bio-available,
at any rate i am taking b/w one and two capsules per day of this resveratrol:

Resveratrol 600 mg by Nutritionn (from Amazon.ca)

Important that it is Trans-Resveratrol (more bio-available) which this one is:

I am on 500mg in morning (same as David Sinclair). I try to have it with food (fat) and black pepper as this again helps significantly with bio-availability.
