Cool, thanks everyone for your thoughts on multi-vitamins vs. stand alone vitamins! I'll have a look at Caruso's, Newage!

Would there not be a difference between taking something in a multi-vitamin, versus a specialized extraction of each item?
There can be a difference in taking each as a stand alone product. First you can vary the dose and second you can control the quality, third you can control the timing. All of these can provide increased benefit and better outcomes. Although I used Centrum in a previous post it was simply an example of a multi vitamin. There are much better vitamins on the market.
