New research from our Harvard Chan School shows following a low-carb or low-fat diet can have positive health impacts – but only if the carbohydrates and fats come from nutritious sources.
This result kind of respond to the long-standing argument about which diet is better: high-fat low-carb diet (ketogenic) or complex-carb-based low-fat diet (Okinawa diet). It turns out they are both good, but one has to eat real food.
