good afternoon all-Not sure on how to choose a quality resveratrol. Looking for recommendations. TIA.

Same question here. I'm taking Jarrow Pterostilbene at the moment but I'm thinking about just going full on 100% David Sinclair protocol and not try to make up my own combos.

I think there is a lot to be said about making up your own combinations.
I take both and remember it is your body and you are best at knowing what works and doesn’t work as we are all different.
I’m sure David Sinclair also takes note of what’s being trialled within the scope of his field.

megaresveratrol.net has been used in at least two human clinical trials. I use their micronized powder.
