Hard to find resources online for this discussion.  Ive found EGCG + Curcumin might be the best anti-viral combo.  Both have a strong binding to covid and curcumin helps EGCG absorption.  Licorice is also probably really effective, but not recommended long term due to blood pressure.

H202 nebulization or gargling is worth doing.  My dentist is having his patients rinse with it now

I think the best supplements may fight off cykotine storm. So if the worst comes to worse, you can prevent the deadliest component.

Then you want to look at the anti-viral aspects.

Vitamin D, melatonin, curcumin...

this sounds good.

NMN is going to be a protective factor for sure, melatonin is also understood to help, as well as vitamin d.

and if you get Covid... you may want supplements that can resist any large release of cykotines (cykotine storm)

So Zinc, Melatonin, Vitamin D and C.

I was looking at ways of neutralizing the cykotine storm.

I think high doses of Curcumin and moderate doses of Zinc can do it.

Apparently EGCG can calm a cytokine storm. So possibly strong green tea as well, or green tea as well.

These are certainly items i want to have available in case a family member catches covid. If one never gets to the cytokine storm phase, perhaps the hospital can be avoided altogether.

L-lysine is used for Herpes and Cold Sores which
can lay dormant in the body as a virus.
