I find that you sleep a lot better with an empty stomach once the body adjusts to the intermittent fast.
Mine is 5pm until 1pm the next day. My body and brain reset to that regimen within a week.
No problem missing breakfast for a light meal at 1pm then small meal grazing until 5pm.

I have found that the most difficult to follow. It is taking some getting used to, going to bed on an empty stomach, but it is really an issue of mind over matter.

It also makes breakfast just so much better.
Well done, keep it up - the longer you go the less you'll notice it.
