Along with exercise in combination with the above for maximum benefits. Hopefully our bodies are becoming like finely tuned race cars and “we can put our pedal to the metal” in our wellbeing quest..

One can replace Resveratrol with Pterostilbene is an option is one has some sort of reaction to the RSV.

I suppose we have multiple choices for a Sirt 1 activator.

Resveratrol, pterostilbene and oleic acid are among them.

This is good to know. I have no reaction to Resveratol so unless i hear that one of these is better than the other, I guess I will continue with that one.
