Fisetin has been recognized as a potent Senolytic, possibly the most potent senolytic for some time. The study you are following is a short term, intense dose study on frailty. It doesn't mean there are no other approaches to taking this Senolytic.

I am thinking the low daily dose is essentially safe and beneficial... i mean if we had a healthy diet of strawberries and blueberries, we'd get a bit of fisetin in our diet.

I am not afraid of this daily amount, and i have heard from many here that Fisetin in the best senolytic.

I think i will be adding it to my list, with the bioavailable LSG and with diet.

Sorry for a little bit of offtopic question but what are the dangers of overdosing it?

Fisetin has shown to be very safe even in large doses.  As a senolytic, I have repeated the Mayo Clinic human trial a couple of times, taking 1,800mg per day for 2 days, pausing a month, then repeating 1,800mg per day for 2 days.  I've since switched to the liposomal Fisetin as it is much more bioavailable.  Just replace the 1,800mg in the protocol above with 25 pumps of Alive by Science liposomal Fisetin gel.

Hey Jocko how many bottles would someone need if doing your method,ie. 25 pumps? Im interested in doing this.

You'll use up one full bottle and maybe have a handful of pumps leftover.

Okay great! Thanks for letting me know, now I need to do this.

I wonder about the bioavailability difference between the Fisetin in the study and Liposomal Fisetin...

There would be quite a big difference as the Liposomal Fisetin is unique to Alive by Science.  Mayo Clinic would have had to use the much less bioavailable powder.

Right. So due to the clear advantage of much higher bioavailability, I think that 10 pumps might do it, 2 days on then 4 weeks off, and enough to repeat possibly twice!

I think i will just do a few pumps three times a week for 2 weeks, then 2 weeks off until i run out.

I am sure the study for frailty is looking for maximum results in a short period of time, I just want a more steady clearance of zombie cells.

Unfortunately, the only way to rid the body of senescent cells is in high doses in a hit-and-run fashion, i.e. short bursts in high dosages is the key.  You must shock the senescent cells into apoptosis.

Here's the math I came up with. To emulate the new Mayo Clinic protocol for Fisetin, the formula Mayo Cinic used was 20mg of Fisetin per 1 kg of weight. That translates to about 1,800mg for a 180lb person. To find the exact amount for your weight, you can use this pounds to kg converter:
https://www.google.com/search?q=pounds+to+kg+conversion

After getting the total number of kilograms (kg), multiply it times 20 to get the total milligrams of Fisetin you would consume per day.
Using the 180lb person and our Alive by Science Liposomal (LSG) Fisetin as an example,

2 pumps of Fisetin gel = 75mg
There are 120 pumps per bottle

Mayo Clinic target for 185lb person would be 1,800mg of Fisetin powder per day, but Liposomal Fisetin is significantly more bioavailable, so I halved it to 900mg per day, which is equal to 24 pumps per day.

24 pumps per day equals 72 pumps per month (3 days) or 360 pumps for entire 5 month protocol
Each bottle contains 120 pumps, so 3 bottles of Alive by Science liposomal Fisetin would cover the entire 5 month protocol

Yep, I would follow the exact formula thats been provided if you are going to do it.
