Question for you, so before I begin do you take the 24 pumps all at once or do you divide the dose thru the day?

I can only fit in 5 pumps to hold in mouth for a few minutes. Depending on the day take all by 2PM so I spread over approx. 5 hrs.

I do 6 pumps on the hour for 4 hours straight. 
(24 pumps total)
Then repeat same time of day on 2nd and 3rd consecutive day.

I started the new Mayo Protocol last week.  Will be on it for 5 months.  Will report back findings.
 

Yes sir, same here 3 days on then repeat for 5 months. I delayed my start until this Saturday. I want to be off work just in case my body reacts to the Fisetin. Im excited!

Good idea drkris69.
I had a slightly different feeling after doing one month but as we all know everyone is different.
 

It is a powerful anti-inflammatory, first time I tried it I got a very slight vertigo episode. No issues since but can feel the inflammation in my body subsiding so is an adjustment. I do have a condition that I have been managing for 16 years (meniere's disease) that causes vertigo so is my weak point. Also happened when I first got onto NMN and NAD+ as I went too hard in the first few days as my body was adjusting. Again nothing since so all good and feel great thankfully

Yep, I figured knowing my body. I am sensitive to some things especially supplements.
