Longevity recipes
Due to not being able to go to restaurants and pubs for awhile (I sure miss a good chicken parmy!), I've been trying to cook more at home. But I do seem to cook the same stuff so have been looking for recipes - thought I'd share some that I found when I searched for those specific to longevity!

Re: Longevity recipes
I too have been eating and cooking at home, cooking the same recipes so thank you for blue zone.
Re: Longevity recipes
Thanks OzSport for the Blue Zone Recipes.
I will try some of them but unfortunately I find cooking at home very tedious and boring..
I tend to be on a first name basis at most of my local eateries

Re: Longevity recipes
I used to do the basic mix for resveratrol of olive oil and a bit of Greek fatty yoghurt.
Then when I found out turmeric was lipophilic I added that into the mix with a bit of black pepper for good measure.
Now I've started "shrooming" and decided to add the mushroom powder into the mix - looks rather unpleasant (especially according to my kids where the first word is "disgusting') but actually tastes quite pleasant to me.
Now I'm starting on Gotu Kola powder (which appears tasteless) and adding this in as well. Looks even worse but still tasted ok.
(Obviously upping the olive oil and yoghurt level to take it all).
Give it a try for all these good things in one go.

There is a lot to be said for taking supplements by way of “one hit smoothies”
Easy to digest and don’t forget to add the black pepper. It’s very important to take with all food and supplements..
Happy Shrooming
