The worlds of technology and longevity are crossing over more so nowadays (the article mentions the term "longevity tech") - check out this article about a new app in development called "Rosita Longevity"!
The premise of the app is "that what humans really need, as they age, is guidance and motivation to stay as active as they can, for as long as they can — and that a digital platform is the best way to make personalized, ‘healthy habit’ forming therapy for seniors widely accessible".
It's currently in the "pre-registration" and testing phase as well as it's only available in Spanish, but the founders have plans to expand starting in the UK market so it likely will also be available in English down the track!
