I believe Dr. Sinclair takes 1gram of NMN, 1gram of Metformin daily as well.

It looks like David Sinclair reduced his daily dose of NMN, when he was presenting at India Today back in early 2023, he mentions he takes half a gram of NMN, this new dosage and his updated supplement list can be found here:
