NMN + Resveratrol timing on Intermittent Fasting & Exercise

Hi. I'm new here

Need recomendation for when the right time taking NMN & resveratrol. I've heard from rhonda patrick and david sinclair podcast, that you should not take resveratrol when taking endurance training. And there's a study that it will interfere exercise /VO2 Max. If resveratrol mimics fasting, can i take it on fasting day?

And what's your reccomendation for NMN timing also 

My Condition in 7 days a week is This :

Monday : Fasting (i start fasting from sunday 6 PM) breaking fast on 6 PM. (24 hours fasting) + 20 minute Infra Red Sauna before Breaking Fast;

Tuesday : Weight Training (Upper body) + Stretching;

Wednesday : HIIT 15 minute (Treadmill Running/EWOT)

Thursday : Fasting (Start fasting from wednesday 6 pm) breaking fast 6 PM (24 hours fasting) + 20 minute Infra Red Sauna before Breaking Fast.

Friday : Weight Training (lower body) + Stretching

Saturday : Off

Sunday : HIIT 15 minute (Treadmill Running/EWOT)
