After President Trump had Covid, I started to hear more about the use of Vitamin D and Melatonin.

Adding NMN to that is an obvious good idea, and probably a little vitamin C.

My mother takes all but the Melatonin, but I will try to get her to take it each  morning.

I'd add zinc supplements to that as zinc helps block the virus from entering our cells.

Yes a high dose of Vit D daily would be good especially right now.
