This is a interesting study... It found that Fisetin can promote hair growth, by increasing the expression of telomerase, the enzyme that extends the telomere.

Maybe liposomal fisetin can be also used to reverse alopecia @jocko6889

Interesting study. There appear to be multiple ways to slow down or prevent hair loss now.

Perfect timing!! I am expecting my Fisetin product within the next few days.
Also, we can add this to the Telomere section.
Great find!

It sounds like the Fisetin/Resveratrol was mixed with ethanol and applied topically.
"The 0.05 mL of a 0.1% solution of polyphenol in 50% ethanol was applied and made fit in by spatula topically every day, for 35 days, and hair growth was evaluated."

Now we're starting to be able to build a list for hair.
We got
tocotrienols (from vitamin E, available as capsules)
apocynin
and now fisetin!
plus, and i might have to do some digging... some collagen supplements may be helpful.
also there is the derma roller thing and retinol... not sure if there are studies i can site - but will revisit this.
Gotta love this forum.

Don't forget Sulforaphane!
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26923074/
I use broccoli sprout powder and sprout my own broccoli sprouts but you can also get the precursors Glucoraphanin / Myrosinase to create Sulforaphane in a pill or capsule!
I view broccoli sprouts and hydrolyzed collagen consumption as key reasons my hair has stopped receding and now getting a little regrowth.

Well, i did a little research today and came across a study with Pumpkin Seed Oil.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6823528/
Pumpkin Seed Oil is helping with hair growth to a measurable degree where a 10% concentration produces results that are almost similar to those of Minoxidil.

Are you taking both orally with food?

Fresh / frozen Broccoli sprouts and 1.5G of powder + Hydrolyzed collagen (tablespoon) in my smoothie 5-6 days a week.
I also use Broccoli sprout powder capsules when on the go.
