Since we know senolytics can trigger autophagy in senescent cells. I wonder how they get into our tissues, and i imagine that is only done through the vascular system.
I think as we age our own blood must accumulate 'garbage' that includes senescent cells. So I guess autophagy is happening in the blood stream also??
With antibodies, inflammatory particles and other 'bad' material floating around I wonder how much we can eliminate with our supplements.
Senolytics ⇒ Can senolytics clear blood of bad stuff?

I know blood cells can be senescent. Thus senolytics can target them and destroy them through autophagy.
also i imagine in the addition to the stomach and intestinal route, there is also the liver route where it would very likely do its work.
