Combing NMN and NAD+ Sublingual

Hi! I started to use ABS NMN SL for a few weeks now but after reading the forums, im now interested in taking NAD+ SL as well. Can i take it both or i really just need to use either one? If i can use both, what would be the best way to use the two?

They don't make an NAD+ SL, only a pure NAD+ powder. The difference is that NAD+ crosses the blood/brain barrier easier so is better at raising NAD+ levels in the brain, whereas NMN is a good, all purpose NAD+ booster.
