Does Renue serum reach the blood stream?

I am wondering if you apply the Renue serum onto a large surface area if a good deal of NAD+ booster gets into the blood stream.

I have been working out pretty intensely and it seemed overdid it with my shoulders. So I rubbed it all over both shoulders generously.

The next day it felt like I had an unusually high boost of energy and strength. I had a great run, and probably could have worked out again - i just chose not to.

I don't do the NAD+ spray or powder... I am happy with the NMN SL. But it felt like I had given myself a serious NAD+ boost.

Does this make sense to any of the ABS specialists??

It may be another way to deliver NAD+ boosters to the body. And it would be a preferable way to give it to my dad, if so.

I suppose you are asking if the NAD+ is boosted in the blood stream locally due to using the serum?

I would say it is, both in the tissue and the blood stream, but I wouldn't be able to say if it raises the NAD+ to the point where it helps someone beyond the local site.

Some of the researchers will have to weigh in here.

I think I remember Jocko saying that serums and lotions could end up being the preferred  delivery system for ABS NAD+ so I’m guessing the answer is yes .
Until we can test NAD+ levels in the body we are all “flying a little blind”..

I also have read somewhere that any topicals or serums only have a 15 to 20% absorption into the dermis.

This is called transdermal delivery method and is an accepted way of delivering product to the bloodstream.  It's one of 4 different methods we use, along with liposomal, sublingual, and intranasal.  Each has their own advantages.  What I like about transdermal delivery is you get the benefits of NAD+ directly into the skin, then absorbed systemically throughout the body.  It's a twofer.

Transdermal delivery may be as good as oral depending on who takes it.

I am curious if this has been studied at length.

Well this is interesting. So not just for skin. Maybe for joints. Or maybe just to get a general NAD+ boost.

I hadn't thought of it as a way to boost NAD+ ... a lot less complicated than getting around the stomach and liver monsters!!

My mother never spends enough time with the SL powder or the SL pills inder her tongue. So maybe I can combine the serum with the LSG format.

That is a good point. My mom swallows her NMN SL as soon as i turn around. lol

The other question would be, "does transdermal NMN affect the cells it is applied to more than distant cells?"
Logic would say yes, but I would be curious to see some rat studies.
