So the body lotion, it would raise NAD levels?

What if you rubbed it on your knees and calves before a run?

Or is that wasteful?

I believe it is very beneficial wherever it is applied and it is absorbed through the skin therefore reportedly raising NAD+ levels.
If extended usage fits into the budget then I say “ go for it”

Absolutely, I would say even after a long run would be good too. Help replenish everything.

There are many reports of the Renue helping with joint pain or muscle soreness.  The products (especially the serum) are transdermal, meaning you get the benefit directly to the skin and also delivered to the bloodstream.   We are also getting reports of people using it on bald areas of the scalp and seeing hair growth.  It's really a revolutionary product.

Interesting.

I wonder how it will work om my hands, They are mildly arthritic. But after using them all day - it doesn't feel so mild.

I would strongly recommend that you give it a go.
It is only a matter of time before Mildly Arthritic becomes Moderately Arthritic and so on, so on...

This is nice. I guess boosting NAD+ locally rapidly increases recovery and possibly rapidly reduces inflammation.

It seems to happen quickly.

I am thinking if you have a lot of surface area that is in pain, you may be better off with NMN (or NAD+) orally.

I do find the serum great for my hands after doing mechanical work. Knuckles can get quite sore - instant relief with the serum.

I am using this on my shoulders after every workout involving them, since all arm exercises involve the shoulder in some way.

Seem to be gaining mass now. I guess this pandemic has been good to me, since i am getting in shape.
