Curious about how much in mass of senescent cells in the body

if you take an average 50 year old.. say you smoked for 15 years, then quit, partied hard in your 20s... been sick a few times, had a few injuries..

all that and you just now begin to look at longevity and health span...

this is about the age, over 3 years ago now that i really started learning and doing.

so i wonder how many cells in my body - as a middle aged, and back then considerably overweight male, are senescent?

If senescent cells can occur in any organ or tissue.... i wonder how many there really are? Would anyone wager there would be over 1 kilo? more?

This is an interesting question.

I haven't been trying to lose weight. But i have lost some weight through the fasting.

I have also been doing my own fisetin treatment with the LSG Fisetin prep.

I take a fairly high dose twice over 3 days... then wait 4 weeks and do it again.

I noticed that i had lost 5 pounds rather quickly first one month, then another. In other words. 11 pounds or so in 2 months without doing anything different.

LOL i can't imagine i lost 5 pounds of senescent cells each time... but i wondered why i lost the weight without much change to my routine.

Getting rid of the zombie cells may increase  the efficiency of your metabolism which slows down as we age. If no extra effort with exercise was used then it could just be the body working far more efficient as it did in most cases when we were younger. Up until about 30 / 35 years I could eat whatever I wanted and would not put on weight but it seems after 60 or so you only have to “walk past  a donut shop” and you put on a kilo 😂

Would you mind sharing your dose?
From what I have read on the forum for others who are "high" dosing, it would require 2 bottles, one per day. Right?

The bottle has 150 ml of Fisetin in it which equals 150 single pumps.

25 pumps day one = 25ml
25 pumps day two = 25ml
(wait four weeks)
25 pumps day three = 25ml
25 pumps day four = 25 ml

(Total 100 pumps = 100 ml)
I do 5 pumps on the hour or half hour each day.
Some Fisetin left over..

This is incredibly helpful. Thank you!!

Can this protocol be done at anytime (or is there anything else helpful to know before one begins)??

Once a year or if you decide it is needed it has been suggested it can be done twice..

I do about 30 pumps twice (separated by a day) then wait 28 more days.

I am comfortable doing this every 3 months.

Did you find having a day off between your two Fisetin treatment days an advantage canadahealthy or was it just a bit easier on the   body?
