That is the way that I monitor my inflammatory markers every 6 months by my blood work results by way of my primary General Practitioner.
Hi Newage,
Are you still using Fisetin? Can you share the general outcome of your inflammatory marker tests?

Hi jessicaP.
I only do the Fisetin Mayo Protocol about every 6 Months or so and I’m just about due to do it again.
As previously reported my last Extra Sensitive Marker Test results were (point 6) In Australia our tests can only register point 5 and above.
My Specialists Practitioner was “gobsmacked” that my markers were that low at my
(very mature age)...
Thats awesome Newage, I need to do the Fisetin protocol again this yr. I got great results from it last yr for sure and it is definitely worth doing again.

Yes mate. In my humble opinion good or bad health, anti ageing and longevity all revolve around the inflammation levels in the body.
Even the degree and severity of symptoms with our little friend “Covid” seem to escalate by way of inflammation levels in the body..
In a nutshell it seems the lower inflammation levels the healthier you will be.
With the new Lipo Fisetin coming out this month at 150mg, how many should I take for the Mayo Clinic Protocol. 10 per day for 3 days? With the bioavailability at up to 47x for Lipo Fisetin, that may be too much. 1 pill may be too much at a 7.05 g equivalent (150 mg x 47).
Or it is it more that it will stay in the system longer?
Redphantom look back at some of the earlier post from Jocko, he breaks down the doses and how to take the protocol. I used the liquid lipo Fisetin that RBS sells. If you use this kind you will need 4 bottles to complete the 5mo protocol. I works very well!
Thank you, everyone, for all of your wisdom here! I'm fairly new to longevity but was hooked after listening to Dr. David Sinclair's and then digging in from there. After buying a couple bottles of Codeage NMN formula, I'm primarily buying RBS products now. I'm 56, 5'5 and 116 lbs. Given my calculations from Jocko's formula, I think that doing 13 pumps of fisetin for the 3 day protocol is sufficient. Any thoughts are appreciated! I also find the taste and consistency to be ::yuck:: so am waiting for the lipo capsules to finally be in stock for my pending order. I'll keep the MG consistent. What I haven't seen addressed (or missed it) is if we do the 5 months per year? I've just finished my first this month. I haven't noticed any differences yet but I know it can take time.
