Hey folks. I just received my first canister of Pure NMN. Two scoops a day is the recommended dosage. But there was no scoop in the canister. Any suggestions on how much a scoop holds?
Also, can you add this to a smoothie? Or does it need to be dissolved under the tongue?

The scoops are not in the canister. They are in the shipping envelope or box it came in. It's easy to miss sometimes. The scoop is equivalent to about 1/8 teaspoon, though.
If you want more NMN into the bloodstream and to the tissues, it's better to take it under the tongue. Much of it can get broken down in the GI tract, whereas sublingual goes right into the bloodstream.
