I agree things are noticeable.

I started on these products totally happy with what I was doing for my longevity and not acgtually expecting to notice any changes...

But when a late middle aged body starts to renew - it would be just the age to notice a lot of things.

I agree, Ive noticed several changes from taking these molecules from ABS now for 2 yrs. My skin, muscle tone, weight loss and energy levels have all improved.

So that seems to be the timeline and people are taking 750mg per day?

I don't notice too much yet, but i am glad i haven't been taking them after supper.

NMN supplementation "sweet spots" I am seeing range from 500mg to 1500mg per day, with 1-2 days off per week. We are all different so start slow and low (I recommend 250mg per day for beginners) then build up from there to find your sweet spot!

Supplementation method also matters. I have always taken ABS's lead on best methods, so have leaned towards sublingual, lipsomal, SLC (Slow Release Capsules) targeting the Slc12a8 transporter in the lower intestine, intranasal and transdermal.

Not including the transdermal method, the current NMN/NAD+ supplementation mix I run with is 845mg NMN with 195mg NAD+ and 100mg NR -  6 days per week and I feel super charged :D.

Funny you say that - my eyes are less bloodshot too.

Not that they were stoned looking ... just a few red lines that are now gone.

A few people have been reporting clearer eyes while on NMN on this forum, my personal experience and a couple of local friends the same. So you can now have the "munchies" and no one knows why ;)

I think you get used to it. I now take 750mg time release and no issues, but there was for a few days.
