According to this chart, NF-kb is a regulator of a TON of the aging process. And it just so happens that Sirt1 and Sirt6 (increased by NAD+) are NF-kb inhibitors. Makes me want to look into what other ways there hard to inhibit NF-KB

A few that stand out to me from the doc:
Kava
NAC
Quercetin
Theaflavin
Sulforaphane
Licorice
Pomegranate extract
Aspirin
Ibuprofen
Statins
Mild hypothermia
Zinc
Blackberry extract
Capsaicin
Estrogen
Glucosamine
Melatonin
Acetaminophen
Rapamycin
Garlic
Apple extracts
DHEA
Cocoa polyphenols
Ginkgo
Glutathione
Resveraprol
Vitamin C
Vitamin b6
Vitamin D
Vitamin E
Nicotine
Heat
Not that any or all of these are necessarily great ideas and are without negative side effects, but interesting to see some familiar names on the list.

Well I won't pretent to understand what exactly this all means... but it is nice to see a good number of items on there - even expanding one's thermo-neutral range.
