we are composed of hyaluronic acid, collagen and water. so its ingestion and application to the skin is justified

I think HA helps with the joints as well, so it certainly can't hurt. :)

I know the collagen type 2 is the best for rebuilding cartilage. Make sure when buying a collagen supplement that it contains the 5 types of collagen. :D

Im loving the new Lipo Glutathione. So far noticed improved energy and my skin tone looks really healthy even my girlfriend has noticed. She says I look more glowing now. ;)

As much as I want to pretend i am not vain, i never bought skin products before because i didn't think they did much. But it is nice to have healthier looking skin, hair and eyes. :)

I was the same way, But now after using these products,...It really is so noticeable!  I want to stay on Glutathione from here on out and just use a low dose 5 days on 2 days off always giving the body a couple of days with no supplements.
