Well my budget has settled around $125 per month CAD for my rather large list. Most of the purchases I make are for 90 days. And I also tend to skip 2 days per week to avoid homeostasis. I am happy with that amount

That is a good combination TedB along with your newly added ABS Lipo Fisetin.
A little bit more added to your monthly budget, but well worth it.

Theres no doubt that this stuff is expensive to run every month but the benefits are worth it!

One HUGE consideration for my monthly budget is the fact that i am fasting quite regularly, saving over $150 per month.

At this point my fast has no impact on my weight, and i rotate meals, full day fasts and even types of foods. But, it is now a regular part of my regimen. So my fasting easily pays for my wellness products.

Exactly, Ive been fasting 3 to 4 days per week and saving money on the food end but spending on the supplement end so it all a wash at the end of the day! The good part is I get to try different supplements to find what works for me and my needs. :D
