The funny thing is I get most of my original information from this forum... then i look certain items up on YouTube.
I think it is a great idea to also look at the NIH (US National Institute of Health) for studies.. it is a gold mine.
There are also a lot of studies at the MayoClinic, but I think studies from all over the world get published at the NIH.
