How to take Fisetin Gel

Hello,
I have just purchased the ABS Fisetin Gel, but there are no instructions on how to take it, and I am not getting any reply fro customer support.
I understand form what I have read here I need to leave the product under my tongue for 10 minutes.
Do I swallow the Gel or spit it out after that?

Under tongue for 5 to 10 minutes then swallow everything that is left over..

Also, The Fisetin gel is Liposomal so you can swallow it as its protected by a phospholipid coating which will not be broken down by stomach acids and allows the Fisetin to get absorbed in the small intestines.
