A very basic article with pretty well-known information, but what I found interesting in it was a recipe for a plant-based charcuterie board!
I'm very keen on prosciutto on any charcuterie board I try out, so this will be a stretch, but it is definitely something worth trying out one day for a change of scenery! :)
