I agree. We are zooming forward with our ability to turn on survival switches that can clear out bad cells, refresh our mitochondira, renew cells with our epigenetic infom reduce inflammation and reverse damage to many of our tissues.

Certsainly a long way from vitamin C fighting scurvy.

Can't believe this is possible. Have you experienced this?

I have been following several folks on this forum. Pickleball is over 80, most of us are late 40s to late 50s. We have enjoyed many benefits of this new lifestyle. I have had grey hair disappear, my skin has cleared up, my bloodshot eyes are now clear, i have lost some rough skin and skin tags, my back which was weak is very strong now... most of which I attribute to NMN and Resveratrol.

That's great Canadahealthy!

I have taken Grapeseed for a long time but never noticed any discernible changes.
Which brand and how much are you taking each day?

i ordered some from Piping Rock. whenever there isn't a specific product from RBS, they are often my second choice. I don't know much about the bioavailability but i think it is ok, because i did notice a difference.

Each capsule has 50mg, so i take 3-4 per day about 5 days per week. after about 6 months, i will probably go down to 2 per day.

I've ordered from there, but the quality has been iffy at times. i would like to confirm that GSE is bioavailable or get it via LIPO.

The next step is to try and get this in a lipo version for sale by RBS.  Working on it.

Hi, jocko

Yes until there is a lipo version, or until there is information it isn't required, i am happy to take GSE wherever i can get it.

Not yet.  It's on the list of possible new products but dosage for humans is currently unknown, as mouse tests used injections and this is difficult to translate to applicable human oral dosage.
