Here is some new science on Vitamin K
https://scitechdaily.com/evidence-of-br ... -dementia/

I have been thinking about brain health as we are all "living" longer, but I personally am horrified of the thought of living older in a pair of nappies..staring into space!

What a bonus that Vitiman K2 has "demonstrated very promising impact in hindering aging-related behavioral, functional, biochemical and histopathological changes in the senile aging brain".  :D

I have been taking it for a few years now as it is something that I just can't get enough of it in my diet, that is my primary rule is "If it's in food and I can get enough from that, then I don't supplement". The original reason for Vitamin K2 MK-7 6 days a week (in my case) was for the benefit of getting calcium into my bones and warding off calcification of my arteries.  I do like it when science continues to validate what we are doing :)

Our liposomal D3/K2 is even better!  Much more bioavailable.

I had never heard of this until there was something on TV talking about it helping with heart health.

Since we have it in LSG format, I will give it a try.

WOW, rack another one up for Vitamin K!

https://scitechdaily.com/tremendous-pot ... ell-death/

This is not all about supplements either, you can get all the K and K2 you need from food, a good article on this: https://foodrevolution.org/blog/vitamin-k-benefits/

I do eat heaps of "K" food, but as I have a genetic Vitamin K efficiency / recycling issue and I still don't really eat enough foods that give me K2, I do supplement with Vitamin K2-MK7 which does have additional benefits.

I think it is awesome to get it naturally, but I think it would take a lot of effort to get it daily.

Plus Mt supply of Lipo D3 K2 seems to last forever.

Yes I too take vit D with K2. Just remember that vit D is a hormone and everyone should get their levels checked before taking high doses of it. I have had mine checked recently and I am at 52 ng/ml. For Longevity purposes we recommend our patients to be at around 60 to 80 ng/ml.
