i am just wondering if it is ok to put this solution into a drink like soda or coffee?

Any concerns?

Yes, I put it in my morning coffee.  It's fine.

That is a great idea, easy delivery

I originally though this was for heart only. I see how it also helps the brain and can help with inflammation.

I put 5 to 10 drops of ABR Lipo D3/K2 on top of my Lipo NAD+ or NMN gel on a large spoon and hold the combination under tongue for a couple of minutes then swallow..

For Lipo products, sublingual delivery is not really necessary as the liposomes get through the digestive tract intact.  You can just swallow it or put it in a beverage and drink it.
 

Yep, I just pump the Lipo products in my mouth and swallow. Its that easy.
