I take one capsule per day 5 days a week NewLife Science.
To be honest I take a comprehensive stack of RBS products daily and it can be a little hard in determining which one’s are giving you the most individual benefits.
I just put them all into the “daily melting pot” and work with the end result.

By the way, do you know if it is ok to take different supplements that need to be taken on an empty stomach at the same time -- for example, taking vitamin B, C, etc?

I ask because I was wondering if taking them at the same time would cancel out the benefit of taking them on an empty stomach, seeing as individually they will be competing with each other digestively?
