Hi all,

I’ve decided to jump on the spermidine bandwagon.

Is there an optimal time of day to take it?

And just one a day?

I am not on it myself (yet) but from the research I have done morning does look like the best time to take it. Dr Sinclair takes it in the morning and some people report disruption on sleep as well so are micro-dosing to avoid sleep impacts.

The RBS recommend dose is 2 capsules (4mg ea and LIPO!) which is 8mg of active ingredient vs say Spermidine for Life (who were one of the first in the market) are selling "Wheat germ extract 800 mg – of which Spermidine 1 mg" - so would think to start smaller with 1 capsule per day and go from there.

Yep take in the morning with your NAD booster. Try 1 for the 1st week and see how you feel. Go to 2 on 2nd week.

I have read that it lengthens the time it takes before hair is shed.

My uncle was taking it using wheat germ and he shrunk his bald spot over 50%.

I found that remarkable... but my uncle wasn't impressed as he said it is either no bald spot or there is no point.

In David Sinclair' s most recent supplemental list, which he has just added Spermidine to, he states the best time is in the morning.
He also gives his reason for, and remarks on all of his stack, with additional insight.

i have heard that Spermidine can thicken your hair by stretching out the length of time for the TE state, 

In  fact i have a friend who has thickened his hair and he claims this is how,
