I have been thinking about brain health as we are all "living" longer, but I personally am horrified of the thought of living older in a pair of nappies..staring into space!

What a bonus that Vitiman K2 has "demonstrated very promising impact in hindering aging-related behavioral, functional, biochemical and histopathological changes in the senile aging brain".

I have been taking it for a few years now as it is something that I just can't get enough of it in my diet, that is my primary rule is "If it's in food and I can get enough from that, then I don't supplement". The original reason for Vitamin K2 MK-7 6 days a week (in my case) was for the benefit of getting calcium into my bones and warding off calcification of my arteries. I do like it when science continues to validate what we are doing
