Hi,
I've been taking one lipo nmn capsule daily and saw an ad for https://renuebyscience.com/product/lipo ... mn-and-nr/ which appears to be cheaper per dose and the suggestion is it might be better / more effective.  Thoughts?
Thanks!
Jerry

I see that the NMN amount in the new product is 12mg and in the lipo capsules that I've been taking it's 20x that at 250mg (I take one per day).  Does the delivery method make the difference making them equivalent or ??  I do need to purchase some more NMN and have the new product in my cart with the 20% off coupon (E20SP22)...

I haven't tried the oral spray yet but it's just another delivery option based on personal preference.

I'd have to think rhe spray will start acting quicker.

I'm mostly curious about the dosage as I asked in a followup question on this thread - is the 12mg oral equivalent to 250mg lipo capsule?

Hey there, if you are looking at Mg to Mg then the caps will be the one to take. I use the nasal spray just for a boost when needed. The spray gets into the blood stream faster than the caps.

I agree.

I love my Lipo-delivered supplements and can't see anything replacing them ever. It is as close to going to the clinic for an injection as you can get.

In fact, it is better, since injections are usually for a week or a month, whereas Lipo is for a steady daily dose.

A friend of mine used to get weekly CoQ10 injections for a serious health syndrome she suffers from. The injections were effective, but it was a 2 hour drive each way to get the injections. Unfortunately the Dr who performed the injections retired and she couldn't find a physician who would do it.

I got her a month supply of Lipo CoQ10 and she says she is feeling even better (more stable on a day to day basis) than when she had the injections.

A great technology.

i suppose it's a matter of prefence, but 250mg lipo 6 days a week is more than adequate for me.
