Hello! I added a small bit of my NAD+ Complete crystals from my lipo capsule...I wish I'd noted when or perhaps tried half of my face LOL, but likely in the last couple months. I figured, it might help on the surface too. For the last 5 weeks, I've had a rash on my face that spreads. I wonder if anyone else here had the hair-brained idea to do this and if you had a reaction. A longshot, but I figured I'd ask, as we're all on this research/try new stuff journey!

It could be a mild form of thrush. NAD+ also boosts the health of yeast.

The powder in these capsules is liposomally wrapped. I am not sure what the effect would be on skin, but the purpose of liposomes is to help the active contents survive the intestinal tract. It certainly is not designed for topical application.TinaforLife wrote: ↑Sun Sep 18, 2022 4:14 pm Hello! I would go with stopping.
By the way, have you looked into the serum with methylene blue? This may be what you are looking for your skin.

Thanks for the input! (I've been unable to post/login here since posting that for some reason). I did stop adding the powder, and I do use the methyl blue face cream, which has made a big difference in my hands but not on the rash, alas.

Probably best to closely follow the directions on the bottles determined by the manufacturer’s testing and scientific data.TinaforLife wrote: ↑Mon Dec 19, 2022 9:43 am Thanks for the input!
