Hi All!

For those that are taking RBS Liposomal Resveratol;

If you are attempting to consume the equivalent of 1000 mg of non liposomal Resveratrol each day, how many of the 125mg Lipsomal capsules are you taking?

Additionally, for the Liposomal NMN capsules, how many of those are you consuming each day to reach the equivalent intake of 1000mg of non liposomal RBS NMN powder?

I don't think it is very bioavailable, so if it has had therapeutic benefits in powder capsule form.

I have only been taking Lipo RSV 125 mg per day

I agree with this dosage. Most of it will get absorbed. Welcome to the forum, AJayeJ!
 

Color and quality is an issue. Was watching D. Sinclair, the discoverer of Resveratrol and he sais he keeps his in White Powder form, in a dark place, since once it turns brown, it is essentially deactivated. (i had been taking brown powder in capsule form for 8 months at that point.

So i def prefer a stable lipo version.

RSV has shown promise for treating and maybe even reversing Macular Degeneration! I am going to get it for my aunt, who held it back for years with a vitamin preparation (Vitalux) but now has beginning symptoms. I am hoping this can reverse it.

I think I'd go with 250mg per day for that

I am glad this keeps coming up... i always remeber to order my NMN and NAD+. I just need to add the gas!
