Make sure when purchasing Collagen that the product contains 5 types of Collagen. There are studies out there on type 2 Collagen and that over time, rebuilds cartilage and tendons. Its great stuff!

 

At first i really really did not like the flavour of the collagen... in my imagination i was taking ground up bones... but for some reason, it reminds me of pablum, an infant cereal i used to love when i was a kid.

Well the methylene blue seemed to come out of nowhere.. but has also been around for decades, so I am prepared to get some and see what it can do.
