2023 for me, what is new:
1. Taking LIPO Green Tea Extract
2. Dropping Vitamin E supplementation as I get enough in my diet
3. Skin check or a complete body mapping for moles, skin tags, rule out potential nasty stuff i.e melanoma cancer
4. Improving sleep - new is using sleep tracker, then adjusting supplements at different levels i.e. LIPO Apigenin (1 to 3 capsule), melatonin (I currently only low dose at 300ug) & LIPO Glutathione + trying out all other recommendations like timing for last food / drink consumption, exposure to morning light, no devices/screens before bed and trying to limit coffee/caffeine to 8hrs before bed.
5. If I can find a way - more and regular strength training, this is a work in progress (still in my head), yet to start but if I write it on this list I may actually do it this year
I am already taking NAD+ Complete, NMN, TMG, CaAKG, Resveratrol, Pterostilbene, LIPO HLA, LIPO Apigenin, LIPO Glutathione, LIPO Activator, then Vitamin D3 and K2-MK7, Fish Oil, Broccoli Sprout Powder, Hydrolized Collagen and Creatine.
