Can I open break capsules ?

Hi,
I was wondering if I could break the capsules to mix them in a smoothie or yogurt or if I must absolutely take them in the capsule form ?

Yes, you can break them open and mix them if you want.

Before the NMNsl cme out, that's exactly what I did with NMN powder, to use SL for delivery. Works better!
