Besides Dr. Sinclair - who else is leading the charge with anti-aging molecules?

i am convinced enough with NMN and Resveratrol, but besides Dr. Sinclair is there another leading researcher out there who is pursuing the fountain of youth and documenting as much as Dr. Sinclair?

I'd kinda like to have more than a single super guru... safety in numbers, etc.

I am curious too.

Anyone know others who have been taking these compounds for years, like Dr. Sinclair?
Any blogs or articles of their progress?

There are multitudes of other researchers looking at NAD+ elevation and its effects on aging. Below is just one recent review article written by authors from the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine entitled:

NAD and the Aging Process: Role in Life, Death and Everything in Between

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5419884/

Available full text for free online, that should give you a perspective on the widespread nature of research in this area, not just Sinclair.

The researcher Johan Auwerx et al has done really interesting work into the molecule Urolithin A that the body produces from ellagic acid in pomegranates and walnuts for example.

Urolithin A has been combined with the NAD precursor NR in animal studies and Nestlé have bought a license to include this molecule in their clinical nutritional supplements for healthy aging.

There are hundreds of research groups around the globe looking into NAD+ and NMN. David Sinclair is the face to the molecule because he founded it. But don't think he's alone in this.

try reading (or watching) an interview by Dr. Valter Longo

Fred posted it elsewhere, but this is another scientist who has spent years studying fasting, and fasting mimicking.

You, yourself are leading the charge for
anti ageing, health, wellness and longevity.
Be guided by and to a degree influenced by outside input but the real proof is in your own personal results.
The body and mind has a wonderful thing called GUT feeling, if we are prepared to tap into and take note of it.
Go with your gut, make decisions about your own wellness, stick with those decisions for a period of time to allow them to work and ultimately gain the benefits.
Mistakes will be made but at least they are your own mistakes.
