NMN ⇒ Dosing survey

Apologies is we’ve done this already, but I was wondering if we could get a thread where everyone taking nmn posts their current dose just to see what the range is.

I’ll start:

250mg daily

I dose 750mg to 1 gram of NMN every day with two capsules of NAD+/AMPK Activator

I take (5) spoonfuls (125mg per) of NMN powder each day to achieve 625mg per 24 hour period. I dose NMN every 3 hours between servings so allowing for 8 hours of sleep, I get consistent NMN supplementation through out my day. That said; I use NMN 5 days on and 2 days off per week.

That seems like a pretty good dosage regime covering your waking hours.
At some stage if you compliment the NMN with 100mg or so of NAD+ nasal spray, from all reports you will see some terrific added benefits.

During the three month Clinical trial of NMN by this site last year, I was dosing 650 mg NMN capsules with the same of resveratrol. It
showed remarkable improvement in my Pickleball play stamina. Since then I dose 125mg of NMN /125mg of NAD+ powder with only a fruit breakfast Before 3 hour morning play, followed by same dosage in the afternoon, with my 1200 mg Reservatrol taken also before play. This is for all week.
Intermediate fasting on the play days, usually three times / week.

Since you reduced your dosage have you seen any changes?
